Air China's 737-800 is a domestic and regional workhorse with Business Class recliner seats in the first two rows at 38-inch pitch with blocked middle seats. Economy uses standard 3-3 seating with 30-inch pitch. Row 3 offers the best Economy legroom as the first row behind Business. Exit row 13 is also an excellent pick for extra legroom. Avoid the last two rows (25-26) due to limited or no recline and proximity to rear lavatories.
